Mo.blaze disc by Motogadget is a direction indicator to be installed on the ends of the handlebar with a modern design. Mo.blaze DISC is the latest generation of turn signals. The main feature of these LED turn signals is the transparent light-emitting disc on a compact aluminum base which provides the neat and particular finish to the end of the handlebar. This is already the third generation of turn signals using Motogadget TranzLight-Technology®. This progressive approach to development is not limited to the miniaturization of turn signal housings. Furthermore, it creates new lighting concepts directly through a crystal-like plastic body. Only the precision of CAD calculations and cutting-edge manufacturing processes enable this new design and its performance opportunities. The luminous flux required for TranzLight technology is generated by the intensiLED® procedure developed by motogadget. It consists of three important pillars:
1) Specially selected high power LEDs with maximum efficiency and 7W total power and a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. 2) IC controlled constant power source with 330kHz pulse. 3) Special collimator optics, which precisely groups the LED emitting light into the plastic body. The thin aluminum casing is used only for secure mounting of the plastic body and includes the high-end electronic and LED control system. Traditionally, the casing is machined with CNC technology, available with a black anodized or mirror polished surface and equipped with an elegant laser inscription finish. The turn signal for handlebar end installation has a very low construction height and, thanks to the transparent disc, the mo.blaze presents itself with a very simple, elegant and slim appearance.
